Job Description
The Financial Planning and Analysis Manager leads budgeting, forecasting and performance analysis for the group, providing insights that guide strategic decisions and drive financial performance.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field
- • Proven experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in a manufacturing environment
- • Strong analytical, modelling and reporting skills

- • Prepare annual budgets, forecasts and variance analyses for the group
- • Develop financial models to support strategic initiatives
- • Analyse financial performance and present insights to senior management
- • Coordinate with business units to gather data and ensure accurate reporting
- • Monitor key performance indicators and recommend corrective actions
