Job Description
The Food & Beverage Manager will oversee all restaurant and bar operations at Nomad Beach Resort, ensuring high standards of service and guest satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing staff, controlling inventory, and maintaining quality and hygiene standards. The role also involves budgeting, menu planning, and collaborating with other departments to deliver a seamless beach‑side hospitality experience.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Relevant hospitality qualification such as a diploma or degree in Hotel Management or Food & Beverage
- • Proven experience in managing food and beverage operations in a resort or hotel setting
- • Strong leadership, communication and organizational skills
- • Ability to maintain high standards of service quality and guest satisfaction
Required Skills
Responsibilities
- • Supervise daily operations of restaurants, bars and room service to ensure excellent guest experience
- • Manage and train F&B staff, schedule shifts and monitor performance
- • Oversee inventory control, ordering and cost management of food and beverage supplies
- • Ensure compliance with health, safety and hygiene standards
- • Coordinate with kitchen, front‑office and events teams to deliver seamless service
