Job Description
The Global Change Manager – Supply Chain leads transformation initiatives across CARE’s supply‑chain operations, driving process improvements and enhancing efficiency in humanitarian logistics. They work with stakeholders worldwide to embed new ways of working and monitor performance outcomes.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s Degree in Supply‑Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration or a related field
- • Minimum 5 years experience in supply‑chain or change‑management roles, preferably in humanitarian or international development settings
- • Strong project‑management and analytical skills
- • Excellent communication and stakeholder‑engagement abilities

- • Lead change‑management projects within the supply‑chain function
- • Develop and implement new processes, tools and best practices
- • Engage and train stakeholders on change initiatives
- • Monitor performance metrics and report progress to senior leadership
