Job Description
The Head of Business Origination will lead the development of new corporate and SME banking opportunities for KCB. This senior role defines origination strategies, builds high‑value client relationships, and oversees loan structuring and underwriting. The incumbent will manage a team and collaborate closely with product, risk, and operations functions to drive portfolio growth.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related discipline
- • Minimum 5 years of experience in banking business development, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
- • In‑depth knowledge of Kenyan banking regulations and credit products
- • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
