Job Description
The Head of Artificial Intelligence will lead the design and implementation of AI solutions that drive innovation across the bank’s products and operations. This senior leader will build and manage a multidisciplinary AI team, oversee model development, and ensure alignment with regulatory and risk frameworks. The role also involves collaborating with business units to identify AI opportunities and translating them into scalable projects.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science or a related discipline
- • Minimum 5 years of experience leading AI or advanced analytics initiatives, preferably in financial services
- • Proven track record of delivering production‑grade AI models
- • Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder‑management skills
