Job Description
The Head of Commercial Services will drive growth of the bank’s commercial portfolio by managing client relationships and developing tailored financial solutions. This senior role involves leading a team of relationship managers and collaborating with product specialists. Candidates must demonstrate extensive experience in commercial banking.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics or related field
- • At least 7 years experience in commercial banking, with a proven track record of revenue generation
- • Strong leadership and people‑management capabilities
- • Excellent analytical, negotiation and presentation skills
- • Knowledge of banking regulations and risk management practices
