Job Description
The Head of Country Expansion leads Jacaranda Health’s strategy to broaden its maternal health services across Kenya. This senior role designs and implements expansion plans, builds partnerships with government and NGOs, and oversees program rollout and impact monitoring. The leader manages budgets, guides cross‑functional teams, and ensures sustainable growth aligned with the organization’s mission.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s (or Master’s) degree in Public Health, Business, or a related discipline
- • At least 5 years of experience in health program expansion or similar leadership roles
- • Proven track record of building strategic partnerships and securing funding
- • Strong analytical, strategic planning, and communication skills
- • Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage budgets
