Qualifications & Requirements
- • Master’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- • At least 8 years of progressive HR experience, including senior leadership roles
- • Deep knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices across African markets
- • Strong strategic thinking, communication, and change‑management skills
- • Proven track record of building high‑performing, diverse teams
