Job Description
The Head of Sales and Operations will develop and execute strategic plans to increase market value, lead and mentor the sales team, and oversee route planning and fleet maintenance. The role monitors operational performance, provides data‑driven insights, and ensures efficient delivery services. A degree and 5+ years of experience in sales and operations within distribution are required.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Degree in Sales, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
- • 5+ years of experience in sales and operations, preferably in the distribution industry
- • Proven leadership skills
