Job Description
The Hotel Manager oversees all operational areas of the property, ensuring exceptional guest experiences while driving occupancy and revenue growth. Responsibilities include managing accommodation, food and beverage, housekeeping, and events, as well as controlling budgets and maintaining high service standards. The manager leads and mentors staff, resolves guest issues promptly, and implements effective cost‑control measures.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management or a related field
- • Minimum 5 years of hotel experience, including at least 2 years in a management role
- • Strong leadership, customer service, communication and problem‑solving skills
- • Proven ability to increase revenue and control costs
- • Proficiency with hotel management systems, reservations and Microsoft Office
