Job Description
The HR Generalist will manage the full spectrum of human resources functions for Amref Kenya, supporting recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance within the health sector.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- • Relevant experience in HR generalist functions, preferably in the health or NGO sector
- • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
