Qualifications & Requirements

- • Proven experience as an HR Manager or senior HR professional, preferably in technology or clean‑energy sectors
- • Strong knowledge of Kenyan labor laws and HR best practices
- • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- • Ability to drive change and support a fast‑growing innovative organization

- • Develop and implement HR strategies that support Octavia Carbon’s growth and innovation goals
- • Manage full‑cycle recruitment, onboarding, and talent acquisition for technical and support roles
- • Oversee performance management processes, including appraisals and development plans
- • Ensure compliance with Kenyan labor legislation and maintain accurate employee records
