Job Description
The HR Manager will lead all human‑resource functions for Rose Avenue Group, shaping talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with Kenyan labour laws. The role partners with senior leadership to develop HR strategies that support business objectives and foster a high‑performance culture.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- • Minimum 5 years of progressive HR management experience
- • Strong knowledge of Kenyan labour regulations
- • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
