Job Description
The Human Resource Officer will support client organisations by delivering core HR services, including recruitment, employee relations and performance management. The role involves administering HR policies, assisting with payroll and coordinating training initiatives.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
- • Relevant experience in HR service delivery, preferably in a consultancy setting
- • Strong interpersonal, communication and problem‑solving abilities
