Job Description
The Human Resources Officer will assist in delivering HR services across the organization, including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management. Working closely with senior HR leadership, the officer ensures compliance with labor regulations and supports staff development initiatives. The role also contributes to HR reporting and helps maintain accurate employee records. This position supports the company's mission to provide high‑quality retail and leisure experiences.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- • Minimum of two years of HR experience, preferably in a retail or hospitality environment
- • Strong knowledge of Kenyan labor legislation
- • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

- • Coordinate recruitment activities, including job posting, screening, and interview scheduling
- • Manage employee onboarding and orientation processes
- • Provide guidance on employee relations issues and resolve workplace conflicts
- • Assist with performance appraisal administration and documentation

- • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies
- • Support training and development programs for staff
- • Prepare HR reports and analytics as required
