Job Description
The ICT Intern assists the organization in delivering technology solutions that support enterprise growth and poverty alleviation initiatives. Responsibilities include providing technical support, maintaining hardware and software assets, and helping implement ICT projects.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Enrolled in a Diploma or degree program in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- • Basic understanding of computer hardware, operating systems, and networking
- • Strong problem‑solving and communication skills
Required Skills
Responsibilities
- • Provide first‑line technical support to staff and partners
- • Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and networking equipment
- • Assist in the rollout of software applications and updates
- • Document IT procedures and maintain asset inventory
- • Support project teams with data entry and basic analysis tasks
