Job Description
The Innovation, Research, and Venture Analyst supports Circle Innovation by identifying climate‑focused startups, conducting market research, and evaluating venture opportunities. The analyst prepares reports, assists in due‑diligence, and contributes to the development of innovative solutions for African markets.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Environmental Studies, or a related field
- • Strong analytical and research skills with ability to synthesize data
- • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

- • Research emerging climate‑tech innovations and market trends across Africa
- • Evaluate venture proposals and conduct financial and technical due‑diligence
- • Prepare analytical reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders
- • Support portfolio companies with strategic advice and business development
- • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to design human‑centred solutions
