Job Description
The Insurance Sales Agent will establish and grow an insurance agency for Critical Mass Growth Ltd, promoting a range of insurance products to both new and existing clients. The role involves identifying business opportunities, building a robust pipeline, and delivering tailored insurance solutions through client consultations and proposals. Qualifications & Requirements
- • Diploma or Degree in Insurance or a related discipline.
- • Valid Certificate of Proficiency registration or other applicable professional registration.
- • Proven experience in insurance sales, business development or a related role.
- • Strong knowledge of insurance products and their application to different customer needs.
- • Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and grow customer portfolios.
- • Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- • Highly motivated and commercially minded.
- • Customer‑focused and relationship‑oriented.
- • Results‑driven with ability to work independently.

Responsibilities
- • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve agreed sales targets.
- • Promote and sell the company’s insurance products and services to prospective and existing clients.
- • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective customers.
- • Conduct client consultations to understand insurance needs and recommend suitable solutions.
- • Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with clients.
- • Generate leads through referrals, networking, market research, direct sales and other business development initiatives.
- • Prepare and present insurance quotations and proposals to prospective clients.
- • Follow up on leads, quotations and prospective business to convert opportunities into sales.
- • Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records of customer information, sales activities and prospects.
- • Monitor customer portfolios and identify opportunities for cross‑selling and upselling appropriate insurance products.
- • Provide professional and timely customer service and support.
- • Keep abreast of insurance products, market developments, regulatory requirements and industry trends.
- • Meet and, where possible, exceed agreed sales and portfolio growth targets.
- • Prepare regular sales reports and provide feedback on market opportunities and customer needs.
- • Ensure all sales and customer engagement activities are conducted professionally and in accordance with applicable regulatory and company requirements.
