The Intelligence and Automation Lead drives the development and deployment of data‑driven intelligence solutions and automation initiatives across Safaricom’s product portfolio. This position shapes strategy, oversees implementation of AI and analytics tools, and collaborates with cross‑functional teams to improve operational efficiency and customer experience.
