Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s Degree (BA/BSc/HND) or equivalent
- • Professional certification (e.g., CPA, CIA, ACCA) preferred
- • Minimum 6 years experience in internal audit, governance, risk management or related fields
- • Strong analytical, problem‑solving and report‑writing skills
- • Excellent leadership, people development and client‑relationship abilities
- • High integrity, professional judgement and commercial acumen

Responsibilities
- • Lead risk‑based internal audit, governance, risk and controls engagements from planning through reporting and follow‑up
- • Manage engagement quality, budgets, resources, timelines and stakeholder expectations
- • Present clear insights and practical recommendations to senior management, boards and audit committees
- • Apply Global Internal Audit Standards, COSO framework and technology‑enabled techniques
- • Build trusted relationships with executives and develop business opportunities for the practice
- • Mentor and develop audit team members
