Job Description
The Junior Cooperative Advisor will provide expert advice and coaching to cooperatives and farmer organisations, helping them build resilience to climate shocks. The role involves coordinating advisory trajectories, maintaining networks with stakeholders, and supporting business deal preparation. The advisor works closely with senior staff to assess and select cooperatives for project implementation. A bachelor’s degree and at least two years of relevant experience are required.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Business, Development Studies or a related field
- • Minimum two years experience in cooperative advisory or agricultural development
- • Fluent written and spoken English
- • Advanced Microsoft Office skills
- • Willingness to travel regularly to project sites
