The Junior Production Manager will support the planning and execution of vegetable production operations, ensuring timely harvests and adherence to quality standards. The role involves coordinating field activities, monitoring crop performance, and liaising with logistics teams to deliver produce to market.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Degree or diploma in Agriculture, Horticulture, Food Science or related field
- • 1–2 years of experience in agricultural production or farm management
- • Strong organizational and problem‑solving abilities

- • Assist in planning and scheduling vegetable production cycles
- • Monitor field operations and ensure compliance with agronomic best practices
- • Coordinate harvesting, post‑harvest handling and storage activities
- • Track crop performance and report on yields and quality metrics

- • Support quality assurance processes and implement corrective actions when needed
