Job Description
The Laundry Attendant is responsible for ensuring that all linens, towels, and guest garments are cleaned, pressed, and returned to the hotel in a timely manner. This role involves operating industrial washing equipment, adhering to hygiene and safety standards, and maintaining an organized laundry area. The position supports overall guest satisfaction by providing high‑quality laundry services throughout the property.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • High school diploma or equivalent
- • Ability to follow detailed instructions and work in a fast‑paced environment
- • Good physical stamina and ability to lift moderate loads

Responsibilities
- • Collect and sort used linens and garments from guest rooms and public areas
- • Operate washing, drying, and ironing equipment according to manufacturer guidelines
- • Fold, press, and inventory clean items for redistribution to guest rooms and hotel facilities
- • Maintain cleanliness of the laundry area and report any equipment issues promptly
