Job Description
The Lead County Assistant will support the implementation of the Jiinue Growth Program across multiple counties, coordinating activities, monitoring progress, and reporting outcomes to KEPSA.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Development Studies, or a related field
- • Experience in program coordination or development initiatives preferred
- • Strong organisational and stakeholder‑engagement skills
Required Skills
Responsibilities
- • Coordinate program activities in assigned counties under the Jiinue Growth Program
- • Liaise with local stakeholders, partners, and government officials
- • Monitor implementation progress and collect performance data
- • Prepare regular reports and updates for program management
- • Facilitate communication and knowledge sharing among county teams
