Job Description
The Lecturer – Psychiatry will deliver undergraduate and postgraduate psychiatry courses, mentor students, and contribute to the university’s research agenda. Responsibilities include preparing lecture materials, conducting assessments, and providing clinical supervision where applicable. The role supports the development of future mental health professionals.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Master’s or PhD in Psychiatry, Clinical Psychology, or a related discipline
- • Demonstrated teaching experience at the university level (minimum 2 years)
- • Strong clinical background and research record in psychiatry
- • Excellent communication and mentorship abilities
- • Proficiency with learning management systems and academic software
