Job Description
The Legal Counsel will provide comprehensive legal advice to support the bank’s operations, ensuring compliance with Kenyan banking regulations and corporate governance standards. Responsibilities include drafting contracts, managing litigation, and advising on risk mitigation strategies.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Law degree (LLB) and admission to the Kenyan Bar
- • Minimum 3 years experience in commercial banking or corporate law
- • Strong analytical, drafting, and communication skills
- • Ability to manage multiple matters independently and meet deadlines
