- • Identify and approach potential borrowers through outbound calls and community outreach
- • Explain loan features, eligibility criteria and repayment terms to prospects
- • Conduct preliminary assessments and collect required documentation

- • Maintain accurate records of leads, applications and sales performance in the CRM
