Job Description
The Manager of the Practice Centre of Excellence will lead the development and delivery of professional services for ICPAK members. Responsibilities include designing training programmes, overseeing quality standards and fostering relationships with the accounting community. The role is based in Kenya and reports to senior leadership.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) qualification
- • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline
- • Minimum 5 years’ experience in practice management or professional services
- • Strong leadership, stakeholder engagement and project management skills
- • Excellent analytical and communication abilities
Required Skills
Responsibilities
- • Design and deliver continuing professional development programmes for CPAs
- • Manage the Centre’s staff, budget and operational processes
- • Ensure training content aligns with international accounting standards
- • Build partnerships with firms, regulators and educational institutions
- • Monitor and evaluate the impact of services on member performance
