Job Description
As Managing Director of Services, you will lead the delivery of client solutions for OpenFn, shaping service strategy and overseeing project execution across remote teams. The role involves managing client relationships, driving operational excellence, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals. You will report directly to the CEO and collaborate with cross‑functional leaders to scale impact.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Computer Science or related field (Master’s preferred)
- • Minimum 8 years of senior leadership experience in service delivery or consulting
- • Proven track record of managing remote, distributed teams
- • Strong strategic thinking, negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- • Experience with SaaS platforms and agile methodologies
