Job Description
The Mechanical Engineering Intern will support field operations by assisting with equipment design, maintenance and data collection for agricultural solutions. The position offers hands‑on experience in applying engineering principles to real‑world farming challenges.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline
- • Strong interest in agriculture and sustainable farming technologies
- • Ability to work outdoors and travel to field sites
- • Basic knowledge of CAD software and mechanical design principles
Required Skills
Responsibilities
- • Assist senior engineers with field installation and maintenance of mechanical equipment
- • Conduct site visits to gather data and assess equipment performance
- • Support the preparation of technical drawings and specifications
- • Help troubleshoot mechanical issues encountered by farmers
