Job Description
The National Monitoring and Evaluation Officer will design and implement M&E frameworks for migration projects, collect and analyse data, and produce high‑quality reports for stakeholders. The officer will work closely with programme teams to ensure data quality, support evidence‑based decision‑making, and contribute to strategic planning. Strong analytical, communication and reporting skills are essential for success in this role.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s Degree in Social Sciences, Development Studies, Statistics, Public Policy or a related field
- • Experience in monitoring and evaluation within international development or migration programmes
- • Knowledge of data‑collection methodologies, statistical analysis and reporting tools
- • Strong analytical, writing and presentation skills
- • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar software
- • Excellent communication and stakeholder‑engagement abilities

- • Develop monitoring and evaluation plans, indicators and data‑collection tools for migration programmes
- • Collect, validate and analyse quantitative and qualitative data
- • Produce regular and ad‑hoc reports, dashboards and presentations for internal and external audiences
- • Provide technical support and capacity‑building to project teams on M&E processes
- • Ensure data quality, compliance with standards and timely reporting
