Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- • 2+ years experience in network operations or NOC environments
- • Proficiency with monitoring platforms (e.g., SolarWinds, PRTG) and ticketing systems
- • Strong problem‑solving and communication skills
- • Ability to work in a fast‑paced, remote‑focused team
