Job Description
The On‑Boarding Manager leads the onboarding experience for Executive Assistants, coaching them to deliver high‑quality support from day one. By coordinating alignment sessions, providing performance feedback, and continuously improving program content, the manager ensures client satisfaction and fosters a strong remote‑first culture.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Minimum five years of experience managing operational teams in BPO or service industries, preferably with international stakeholders
- • Proven track record in coaching, mentoring, and talent development
- • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- • Ability to build trust through transparency, integrity, and active listening
- • Experience defining clear, achievable goals and providing actionable feedback
- • Demonstrated commitment to personal and professional growth
Required Skills
Responsibilities
- • Lead daily alignment sessions with new Executive Assistants and clients to set clear expectations and facilitate rapid onboarding
- • Coach, mentor, and provide performance feedback to Executive Assistants throughout their development
- • Monitor EA engagement metrics, analyze performance trends, and deliver data‑driven feedback
- • Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve onboarding programs and update SOPs and training resources
- • Promote and uphold RAY AI’s remote‑first culture, fostering a supportive and growth‑focused environment
- • Manage relationships with international stakeholders, ensuring high‑quality client support
