The People Operations Lead drives the human resources strategy for Turaco, a micro‑insurtech company, focusing on talent acquisition, employee engagement, and organizational development. The role designs and implements HR policies, supports a high‑performing culture, and ensures compliance with employment regulations across emerging markets.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- • Minimum 5 years experience in HR leadership, preferably in fintech or insurtech
- • Demonstrated ability to design and implement HR policies and programs
- • Strong knowledge of employment law in emerging markets
- • Excellent communication, coaching, and change‑management skills
