Job Description
The Procurement Manager leads the acquisition of emerging technology and digital innovation solutions for the organization. They develop procurement strategies, evaluate vendors, and ensure compliance with humanitarian standards. The role collaborates with IT and program teams to deliver cost‑effective, high‑quality products that support mission objectives.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- • Minimum 5 years experience in procurement, preferably within technology or digital innovation sectors
- • Proven track record of managing complex vendor relationships and contract negotiations
- • Strong analytical, budgeting, and cost‑control skills
- • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- • Knowledge of humanitarian procurement regulations is an advantage

- • Ensure compliance with humanitarian procurement policies and ethical standards
