Job Description
The Project Manager will lead construction projects involving structural and civil engineering, overseeing scheduling, design coordination, costing, and on‑site execution. Responsibilities include managing multidisciplinary teams, ensuring compliance with technical specifications, and delivering projects on time and within budget. Strong leadership, analytical, and problem‑solving abilities are essential for successful project delivery.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Diploma or degree in Structural Engineering, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or Building Technology.
- • Minimum 5 years of experience in construction project management, preferably with steel structures or modular construction.
- • Knowledge of light gauge steel construction is an advantage.
- • Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
