Job Description
The Project Officer will mentor refugee entrepreneurs under the NYOTA programme, helping them develop viable business plans and access market opportunities. You will deliver training sessions, monitor progress, and coordinate with partners to strengthen livelihoods. The role contributes to DRC’s mission of fostering sustainable economic development for displaced populations.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Development Studies or related field
- • 2–3 years experience in business development, entrepreneurship support or NGOs
- • Familiarity with refugee contexts and livelihood programs
- • Strong facilitation, coaching and communication skills
- • Ability to work independently and in teams

- • Monitor progress of supported enterprises and provide feedback
