Job Description
The QA Engineer provides technical support to internal users of ERP and related applications, troubleshooting issues and ensuring system stability. They deliver training on application usage and drive continuous improvement through optimization and knowledge transfer. The role also involves analyzing business processes, preparing documentation, and collaborating with teams to enhance system performance. Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities are essential for success.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Associate degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Management, or Accounting
- • Minimum three years of relevant work experience
- • Solid understanding of ERP principles, finance and supply chain modules
- • Proficiency with databases such as MySQL or Oracle and ability to write SQL queries
- • Deep knowledge of enterprise business processes and ability to perform analysis and optimization
- • Ability to prepare technical documentation and project plans
- • Excellent oral communication and presentation skills
- • Strong learning ability to acquire financial and business knowledge quickly
- • Familiarity with TCP/IP protocols, Windows operating systems, printers, and basic network/computer repair
