Job Description
The Quantity Surveyor prepares cost estimates, bills of quantities and project valuations, supporting effective cost control throughout construction projects.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Diploma or degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field
- • Registration with BORAQS is an added advantage
- • Proficiency in Microsoft Project

Responsibilities
- • Pricing competitive bids
- • Analyzing materials and labour projections
- • Preparing Bills of Quantities (BoQs)
- • Conducting project valuations
- • Managing projects both on‑site and off‑site
- • Performing other related duties as assigned
