Job Description
The Rapid Response Rider provides immediate roadside assistance to AA Kenya members, responding to breakdowns, accidents, and other emergencies across the country.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Valid Kenyan driver’s licence with a clean driving record
- • Experience in vehicle maintenance or roadside assistance preferred
- • Strong customer service orientation and ability to work under pressure
- • Good knowledge of Nairobi and surrounding road networks
Required Skills
Responsibilities
- • Respond promptly to member calls for roadside assistance
- • Provide on‑site support such as tire changes, fuel delivery, jump‑starts and minor repairs
- • Transport members or vehicles to the nearest service centre when required
- • Maintain accurate incident logs and report service outcomes
- • Ensure safety protocols and company standards are followed during all interventions
