Job Description
The Receivables Accountant manages the invoicing and collection processes for Sonar Imaging Centre, ensuring timely receipt of payments and accurate account reconciliation. Responsibilities include issuing invoices, monitoring outstanding balances, and preparing financial reports related to receivables.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
- • Experience in accounts receivable or similar accounting functions
- • Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel

- • Generate and issue invoices for imaging and laboratory services
- • Track outstanding receivables and follow up with clients to secure payments
- • Reconcile accounts receivable ledger with the general ledger
- • Prepare periodic reports on receivable aging and cash flow forecasts
- • Coordinate with the finance team to resolve billing discrepancies
