Job Description
The Remote Recruiter will own the end‑to‑end hiring process, from sourcing candidates to delivering a positive candidate experience. Key duties include screening applications, conducting first‑round interviews, and coordinating interview logistics with hiring managers. The role also involves maintaining accurate recruitment records and supporting continuous improvement of hiring practices.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree (BA/BSc/HND) or equivalent
- • Minimum of 1 year of recruitment or related HR experience

- • Screen applications and identify high‑potential candidates for further assessment
- • Conduct first‑round interviews to evaluate candidate fit, communication skills and overall potential
- • Administer and evaluate written assessments according to hiring standards
- • Coordinate interviews and maintain communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process
- • Provide timely updates to applicants, including professional closure for unsuccessful candidates
- • Maintain accurate recruitment records, interview notes and candidate tracking within internal systems
- • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and ensure alignment
