Job Description
The Refueller ensures safe and efficient fueling of aircraft in compliance with aviation standards and operational procedures. Responsibilities include conducting fueling operations, inspecting equipment, coordinating schedules with airline staff, and maintaining accurate fuel records. The role also involves reporting safety hazards and preparing operational reports to support continuous compliance. Candidates must possess relevant aviation qualifications and experience in ground operations.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Diploma or Certificate in Aviation Operations, Mechanical Engineering or a related field
- • 3–5 years of experience in aviation fueling or ground operations
- • Knowledge of aviation safety standards and fueling procedures
- • Strong communication and attention‑to‑detail skills
- • Safety‑first mindset with accountability and reliability

- • Conduct fueling activities in accordance with aviation safety standards
- • Inspect fueling equipment and vehicles to ensure readiness
- • Monitor fuel levels and consumption during operations
