Job Description
The Regional Professionalized Services Engineer will oversee the planning, design, and implementation of safe water, sanitation and hygiene projects across the assigned region. The role involves technical supervision of field teams, quality assurance of engineering solutions, and capacity building with local partners. By ensuring compliance with engineering standards and sustainability practices, the engineer supports Water Mission’s goal of ending the global water crisis.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Degree in Civil, Environmental or Water Engineering or related field
- • Minimum 3 years experience delivering water or sanitation projects in developing contexts
- • Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills
- • Ability to work independently and travel frequently within the region
- • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- • Lead the design and engineering of water and sanitation infrastructure projects
- • Supervise installation, testing and commissioning activities on site
- • Conduct technical assessments and feasibility studies
- • Provide training and technical support to local partners and staff
