Job Description
The Retail/Store Supervisor I at Flour Corporation will oversee daily store operations, manage staff performance and ensure excellent customer service. The supervisor is responsible for inventory control, merchandising standards and achieving sales targets within the assigned store.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Retail Management or a related field
- • 1–2 years of supervisory experience in a retail environment
- • Strong leadership and communication abilities
- • Proficiency with point‑of‑sale systems and MS Office
