Job Description
The Semi‑Trailer Driver operates heavy trucks to transport goods safely across Kenya and, when required, to neighboring East African markets. Responsibilities include conducting thorough vehicle inspections, securing cargo, maintaining delivery records and complying with all traffic regulations. The driver also coordinates with dispatch and customers to ensure timely deliveries and reports any incidents promptly.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Valid Kenyan Category CE driving licence authorising operation of heavy trucks with trailers

Responsibilities
- • Operate semi‑trailer trucks to transport goods within Kenya and across East African borders
- • Conduct pre‑trip and post‑trip vehicle inspections to ensure roadworthiness
- • Load, secure and protect cargo throughout transportation
- • Maintain accurate delivery logs, fuel consumption records and vehicle inspection reports
- • Adhere strictly to traffic laws, speed limits and company safety policies
- • Report accidents, breakdowns or mechanical issues promptly
- • Keep the vehicle clean and notify maintenance needs as they arise
- • Coordinate with dispatchers, supervisors and customers regarding schedules and routes
- • Provide professional customer service during deliveries
