Job Description
The Senior Accountant supports the Finance Manager by overseeing daily accounting operations, preparing accurate financial statements, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Key responsibilities include month‑end close, account reconciliations, and variance analysis. The role also supervises junior staff and contributes to budgeting and process improvements.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- • Professional certification such as CPA or ACCA preferred
- • Minimum 3 years of progressive accounting experience
- • Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills
- • Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel
