Job Description
Supports the design and implementation of early‑years human development programs for Genesis Analytics, leveraging research and data to improve outcomes for children. Conducts assessments, collaborates with partners, and contributes to program monitoring and evaluation.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Human Development, Psychology, or a related field
- • At least 2 years of experience designing or managing early‑years programs
- • Strong analytical and report‑writing skills
- • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders
- • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data‑analysis tools

Responsibilities
- • Develop and adapt early‑childhood development programs based on research evidence
- • Conduct needs assessments and baseline studies for target communities
- • Monitor program implementation and evaluate impact against defined indicators
- • Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders and donors
- • Coordinate with partners, NGOs, and government agencies to ensure program alignment
- • Provide technical support and capacity‑building to field staff
