Job Description
The Senior Associate promotes transactional banking solutions to corporate clients, generating new business and deepening existing relationships. They identify client needs, present tailored banking products, and manage the sales cycle to closure. The role also collaborates with product teams to enhance service offerings.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Economics or related field
- • Minimum 3 years experience in banking sales or transactional product sales
- • Strong knowledge of corporate banking services and regulations
- • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
