Job Description
The Senior Financial Controller will design and automate financial forecasting, budgeting and scenario modelling while establishing robust inventory and stock‑keeping frameworks. They will lead major compliance projects, including implementation of EU packaging waste regulations, and provide strategic financial advice to the CEO and COO. The role also includes mentoring the Finance Manager and fostering a high‑performing finance team.

- • Design and automate financial forecasts, budgets, scenario models and liquidity tracking.
- • Establish financial frameworks for stock‑keeping and inventory management to support manufacturing complexity.
- • Lead compliance initiatives, including implementing the EU Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation and related reporting.
- • Act as primary financial advisor to the CEO and COO, translating complex data into strategic recommendations.
- • Mentor the Finance Manager and provide lateral leadership to develop future CFO capabilities.
